The League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine Calls for Urgent Action to Stop Ethnic Cleansing and Genocide in Jabalia Camp

The League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine warns of the genocide and ethnic cleansing policies being waged by the Israeli occupation in northern Gaza, particularly in Jabalia camp, as part of what is known as the "Generals' Plan" to empty the north.

The League emphasizes that Israel's demolition of homes over the heads of residents, targeting hospitals and civil defense teams, bombing water wells, and attacking displaced individuals while evacuating them from shelters are acts that fall under the classification of genocide and require urgent international action.

The League stresses that Israel's attempt to evacuate northern Gaza represents a dangerous step in its plans to alter the geopolitical landscape of the region, setting a dangerous precedent that opens the door to repeating this scenario in other areas.

The League reiterates that international silence and inaction to stop these crimes will lead to catastrophic consequences, not only for the region but for the entire world.
