Erdogan: If Israel is Not Deterrent, There Will Be Dire Consequences

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Israel's policies of occupation, destruction, and executions have been ongoing for 76 years without interruption and are not new.

During "the Future of Palestine" Conference organized by the Turkish Justice and Development Party at its headquarters in Ankara, Erdogan strongly criticized the inability of the United Nations Security Council and international organizations to confront Israel's "reckless actions."

He pointed out that human rights organizations and global media ignore the violations and genocide being committed in Gaza, especially regarding the rights of innocent children who are being killed there, adding, "If Israel is not deterred, the escalation of its aggression and expansion will have dire consequences."

He noted that some figures do not realize the magnitude of the increasing danger in the region, calling on the international community and the Islamic world to make greater efforts to provide humanitarian assistance to Gaza.

Erdogan affirmed that Turkey will remain steadfast in its support for the Palestinian people, who courageously defend their land, expressing confidence that victory will be on the side of Gaza and Lebanon.
