League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine Welcomes International Criminal Court's Issuance of Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant

The League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine welcomes the International Criminal Court's issuance of two international arrest warrants against the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his ousted Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, on charges related to "committing war crimes and crimes against humanity" during the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

The League emphasizes that the issuance of the arrest warrants is a "long-awaited" decision and an important step towards achieving justice and holding the war criminals of the occupation accountable for the atrocities they have committed against the Palestinian people.

The League calls on the member states of the International Criminal Court to take all necessary political and legal actions, as well as urgent procedural measures, to implement the arrest warrants, and to work towards stopping the genocide in Gaza.
