The League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds condemns the occupation’s attacks in the Bab Al-Rahma cemetery, adjacent to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque

The League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds strongly condemns the storming of the extremist rabbi “Yehuda Glick” into the Bab al-Rahma cemetery adjacent to the eastern wall of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, blowing the "shophar" inside the cemetery, and deliberately raising the occupation flag over one of the Muslim graves.

The League warns that such attacks carry a grave danger and a dangerous development in attempts to change the historical and legal status quo in the occupied city of Jerusalem.

It also affirms that this aggression against Islamic and Christian holy sites in the occupied city of Jerusalem is a direct result of international complacency in addressing the occupation’s violations of international laws and charters, and its Judaization schemes, which will result in transforming the nature of the conflict into a religious conflict that affects the faith and sanctities of billions of people and opens the doors to Unimaginable prospects.

The League holds the international organizations responsible for what will result from this aggression and the silence over the flagrant violation of the resolutions of international legitimacy, including those of the Security Council, which all stress the need to preserve the status of the holy city.
