LP4Q praises the statements of the South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation calling for Israel to be held accountable

The League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds welcomes South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Naledi Pandor's call for the international community to move to hold Israel accountable for the inhuman conditions to which the Palestinian people have been subjected for 73 years, during the meeting of the United Nations Committee on the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.

The League stresses the need to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its crimes, to apply international law and resolutions to the occupation as an apartheid state, and to take the necessary steps from governments and UN member states to protect the Palestinian people from apartheid, as the UN did with the apartheid regime in South Africa.
