"Supreme Zionist Court" invalidates the decision to withdraw the identities of Jerusalemite MPs

The Supreme Court of Israel issued an order nullifying the decision to withdraw the identities of the Jerusalemite deputies in the Legislative Council, in addition to the former minister of Jerusalem.
The Hebrew Channel Seven reported that an expanded panel of nine judges ruled that the decision of the Minister of Interior to revoke the permanent residency permit for four members of the Palestinian parliament from East Jerusalem was canceled.
Amjad Abu Assab, official of the Committee of the Jerusalemite Prisoners Famillies said that the deputies are: the deputies MP Muhammad Abu Tayer, Ahmad Attoun, in addition to the editor MP Mohammed Touhtah and the former Minister of Jerusalem Khaled Abu Arafa.
The occupation authorities had decided to withdraw the identities of the Jerusalemites and the Minister of Jerusalem after winning the legislative elections in 2006, and the withdrawal of their residence and accusing them of disloyalty to the entity.
