The occupation transfers the file of MP Tal from administrative detention to a case

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Center for Studies said that Israeli intelligence agents have transferred the file of Palestinian Legislative Council member Mohammed Ismail Tal, 51, from Hebron south of the West Bank, from administrative detention to a case where he will be indicted.
The center said in a press statement that the Israeli occupation forces had raided the house of the deputy in March and inspected it, and arrested him again, and transferred him to Ofer prison at the time, and the Ofer military court issued an administrative decision against him for four months.
It stated that the Military Prosecution of the occupation did not like the issue of an administrative decision against the plaintiff. It filed an indictment against him for the court and demanded that his file be reopened again. His file has already been transferred from administrative detention to a court case.
The center pointed out that the MP prisoner Tal was exposed to a serious health problem two weeks ago, and was transferred to the hospital “Sharyi Tsiedq” where he suffers from swelling in the gall bladder and ulcers, in addition to suffering from diabetes and chronic pressure and heart problems and his health is alarming, he spent more than a week in the hospital before being sent back to prison.
MP Tal is a former prisoner, he had spent more than 11 years in Israeli jails, half of them in administrative detention.
