MP Zidan warns against the consequences of negotiating on behalf of the striking prisoners

The MP in the Palestinian Parliament in the Tulkarm governorate, Abdel Rahman Zidan, warns of the attempts to negotiate on behalf of the prisoners in their hunger strike, which lasted 37 days, whether from the security leaders or civil affairs or the Minister of prisoners, noting that the pain of the prisoners is felt only by those who suffer it, and that their conditions are estimated only by the prisoners themselves.
MP Zidan said in a press statement, “We expect from the official level to address the world in a language commensurate with the hunger of prisoners and their pain, and the passion and fears of their mothers, wives and children, and as a crisis such as the prisoners’ strike is worthy of the president to interrupt his foreign tour, whatever its achievements, and to devote full time to follow up and support the strikers and to receive their families in the province. “
He also stressed that the suppression of marches supporting the striking prisoners of the security services is a serious deviation in the compass, and a failure to pave the way for the loss of all sanctities.
The legislator explained that the prisoners in their strike for the 34th day are doubly dangerous to their lives, calling on them to stand with them now and not to delay, because they, their mothers and their children, are the honor of our people and its living conscience, as he expressed.
