The Netherlands Parliament confirms its interest in the issue of Palestinian prisoners

   The Palestinian community in the Netherlands handed over to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Dutch Parliament a message on the conditions of the Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons and their demands and all the violations of the international agreements on prisoners’ rights.
   An extended discussion was held among the Palestinian community and the members of the committee, which took about 45 minutes. The members of the committee focused their attention on the issue of the prisoners, stressing that this message will be treated very seriously.
   It is worthy to mention that the Foreign Affairs Committee is composed of two Dutch parliamentarians from different parties and streams, and the most prominent members of the committee are MP Han Brok and MP Tohan Kozo.
