The Palestinian Liberal Movement on Wednesday considered that the ratification by the Knesset of the Israeli occupation of the preliminary reading of the law of so-called nationalism is a declaration of war against the Palestinian people.

   A statement issued by the movement said that the law “emphasizes the policy of the occupation and its racist fascist plans against the Palestinian people.”

   The movement stressed that this serious law, which targets the rights of the Palestinian people and its survival on its territory must be addressed popularly and publicly to stop passing.

   The law of “nationalism” states that “Israel” is the national home of the Jewish people, and that the right to self-determination in the entity is limited to the Jewish people and that Hebrew is the official language of the entity.

   The law also stipulates that the capital of the entity is the occupied city of Jerusalem.
