Postponement court for MP Halaiqa after the appeal of the release decision

The military occupation court in Ofer on Monday will make the trial of the deputy Samira Halaiqa to postpone consideration of her case after the appeal against the decision to release yesterday.
The family of the MP said that this trial is the ninth for Halaika, and the Israeli court issued a decision yesterday to release her at 9 am on Monday unless the Public Prosecution appealed.
The prosecution’s appeal came hours after the trial, and moments before the closing of the courts last night.
It is worth mentioning that the decision to release was the second; the Israeli court issued a previous decision to release a bail of NIS 20,000 and a 72-hour period for the prosecution to appeal. However, the prosecution submitted a report to the judge that the decision should be reconsidered by holding a new trial Where it was yesterday.
It was clear from yesterday’s trial that the prosecution was unable to provide a report and answers to the judge’s decision; another ruling was issued for release within 24 hours unless the prosecution appealed.
Prosecutors appealed against the decision before the judge’s deadline until Monday morning, and a trial for the postponement is pending.
