The Palestinian Legislative Council condemned the unjust decision of the U.S. Department of the Treasury against the President of the League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine, Member of Parliament Mr. Hamid bin Abdullah Al-Ahmar.

The Council stated in a statement that the decision reflects the complete bias of the U.S. administration in favor of the occupation and its ongoing support for the genocide in the Gaza Strip on all fronts, including weapons, funding, and political positions.

It affirmed that the decision against Mr. Hamid Al-Ahmar, who is considered a free voice supporting Palestinian rights and opposing the oppression of the occupation, is unjust, announcing the full solidarity of the Council members with him and their deep appreciation for his sincere humanitarian efforts.
