Bashir Djarallah: The U.S. Decision Against the League's President is Distasteful and Outrageous

Al-Bashir Jarallah, advisor to the League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine and former member of the Algerian National People's Assembly, stated that "in every historical turning point where the human conscience stands with the truth and declares its resistance and confrontation against injustice, there emerge outrageous acts from the enemies of human dignity and practitioners of tyranny who violate moral values and principles. They threaten and intimidate every free and noble individual without any moral or international legitimacy, driven by their brutal tendencies stripped of all civilized values."

He added that "the U.S. Treasury Department's decision to sanction the distinguished leader, President Hamid bin Abdullah Al-Ahmar, and to label him as a supporter of terrorism due to his courageous stance alongside Palestinian rights and his opposition to the brutal aggression against the Palestinian people is a distasteful manifestation of those disgraceful actions that humanity rejects. It can never serve as an event that prevents individuals from supporting the oppressed and continuing the struggle and sacrifice in order to elevate the voice of truth and confront falsehood and its followers, no matter how high the cost may be."
