Michele Piras, a member of the Executive Body of the League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine and President of the Europe League, stated that what Israel is doing in the Gaza Strip constitutes a complete genocide and massacre, not an act of self-defense.

Michele added that Israel has a desire to kill and is governed by a fanatical and criminal leadership that feels above punishment, viewing international law with arrogance and seeking to dominate the peoples of the region, indicating that it aims to escalate the conflict in the area.

He questioned, "How can a child in Gaza forget the sound of bombings, the killing of their parents, the destruction, and the sight of body parts and blood?" He affirmed that everyone must work to stop Israel and its crimes.

Michele emphasized that the League will continue to work on behalf of the oppressed children of Palestine to confront the occupation and demand a fair international trial for its leaders, as well as impose sanctions on it.
