The Vice President of the Executive Committee of the League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds and Palestine, and Turkish MP Hasan Turan, has called for supporting the Palestinian people's resistance until they achieve their legitimate rights.

Turan, during his intervention at the conference launching the annual report of the International Jerusalem Foundation, stated: "After October 7, the Palestinian cause and Al-Aqsa Mosque have taken center stage on the world’s agenda," stressing that Israel is practicing terrorism against the Islamic world with Western support and threatens anyone who opposes it.

Turan considered that "Israel represents a miniature of the United States and the West in the region, and this can only be broken through resistance," emphasizing the need for resistance to confront the occupation, which enjoys backing from the United States and Western countries.

The Executive Committee member added that "the struggle displayed by the fighters will contribute to unifying the Islamic stance" on the Palestinian cause.
