The Chairman of the Defense and Foreign Relations Committee in the Pakistani Senate and member of the League’s Executive Committee, Senator Mushahid Hussain, stated that Western countries are practicing hypocrisy regarding the genocide in the Gaza Strip.

In a speech, Senator Hussain explained that "Western countries are engaging in hypocrisy and double standards regarding the Israeli genocide in Gaza, disregarding all values and norms."

He called for taking real, practical steps to stop this war, rather than merely issuing condemnations, and to put an end to Israeli crimes. He pointed out that the United States and Western countries treat Israel as a state above the law and international and humanitarian norms.
