Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, member of the Pakistani Senate, has urged his country and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to take action to immediately stop the aggression and end the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip.
In a letter addressed to the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Khan called on the OIC to establish an armed force to protect Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque. He also called for the establishment of a fundraising body to support the freedom of the Palestinian people, as well as the creation of a humanitarian corridor to provide water, food, medicine, and other necessities.
Khan emphasized the need for the OIC to sever diplomatic ties, commercial relations, and boycott products from countries that support Israel. He also urged for the filing of a case against Israel's war crimes committed in Gaza before the International Court.
The Senator highlighted the importance of presenting these demands by Pakistan during the upcoming OIC meeting scheduled for October 18, 2023.
