European Parliamentarians for Palestine and Al-Quds Hold Parliamentary Seminar on New Euro-Mediterranean Policy for Peace in Palestine

The European League of Parliamentarians for Palestine and Al-Quds is organizing a parliamentary seminar under the theme "PEACE FOR PALESTINE, A new euro-Mediterranean policy". The event is scheduled for Friday, May 12th, at 11:00 am (Rome time) and will take place at the Italian Foreign Press Association in Via dell'Umiltà, Rome.

The seminar will feature several distinguished speakers, including Hon. Michele Piras, the European President of the League of Parliamentarians for Palestine and Al-Quds, Mr. Hamid Al-Ahmar, President of the League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds, and Dr. Mohammad Makram Balawi, Director-General of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds. In addition, members of the Italian Parliament, such as Hon. Stefania Ascari, Hon. Arturo Scotto, Hon. Davide Tripiedi, Hon. Erasmo Palazzotto, Hon. Nicola Fratoianni, Hon. Paolo Ciani, Hon. Peppe De Cristofaro, Hon. Stefano Vaccari, and Hon. Tino Magni, will also attend.

Representatives from the European Parliament, namely Hon. Ana Miranda Paz, Hon. Pietro Bartolo, and Hon. Sabrina Pignedoli, will also be present. Other notable personalities scheduled to attend include Andrea Coinu from the Italian General Confederation of Labour (Cgil), Camilla Piredda from the European Students' Union (UDU), Gianluca Mengozzi from the Italian Ricreative and Cultural Association (Arci), Moni Ovadia, Actor, Robert Andrews, Europal Forum London, and Romana Rubeo, Writer.

The event is expected to draw ambassadors, Palestinian associations, cultural associations, international cooperation, and volunteer organizations.
