The Arab Parliament has denounced the Israeli Knesset's approval of the bill that allows settlers to return to settlements that were evacuated in 2005, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international law, stressing that it is a provocative act .
In a press release on Thursday, parliament said the step will hamper efforts to calm the situation and stop the escalation.
It added that the settlements are illegal under international law and represent a challenge to peace efforts and the two-state solution.
Furthermore, it warned of the danger of persistent and deliberate Israeli escalation against Palestinian prisoners and led by the extremist, Ben Gvir.
The parliament called for pressure on Israel to stop unilateral moves and back down from its provocative steps against the Palestinian people.
