During his speech, at the Islamic group’s session at the 144th conference of the Union held in the Indonesian city of Bali, Al-Ghanim stressed the importance of supporting the League’s file to obtain membership as an observer due to the importance of its parliamentary role in highlighting what is happening in occupied Jerusalem and Palestine and defending Arab and Islamic rights.

The delegation includes the President of the League, Sheikh Hamid bin Abdullah Al-Ahmar, and the Director-General of the League, Dr. Mohammad Makram Balawi, and the head of the public relations department in the league, Abdullah Al-Beltaji.
