45 Thousand Perform Jumma Prayers in “Al Aqsa”

Forty-five thousand people performed Friday prayers at the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque, amidst intense Israeli occupation of the mosque's doors, according to Jerusalem's Islamic Waqf Service.

The occupation authorities impose restrictions on Palestinian access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Friday; To stop them from praying.

 

The occupation police are deployed throughout the Al-Aqsa Mosque, carrying out searches of citizens and on the barriers around the city of Jerusalem; To prevent Palestinian residents of the West Bank from reaching the mosque.

 

The Speaker of the blessed Al - Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein, called on the Islamic Ummah to make every effort for the dignity of the holy places and the freedom of the prisoners, even though there was no penny left in its safe.

 

In Friday's speech today, Sheikh Hussein said, "We must not lose a moment on our minds and vows to work to preserve the progress and dignity of the prisoners."

 

He added, "Where are you, the nation of the Most Revered Beloved and the Great Messenger, and you see with your own eyes and watch and listen to the wrinkles of this great mosque, what can you do?

 

Al-Aqsa's Speaker explained that Al-Masrah and the prisoners face considerable injustice and violence from the occupation, warning against attempts by the occupation to remove Al-Aqsa's mosque status and to take away the security of those who intended it.
