LP4Q RECEIVES A DELEGATION FROM THE JORDANIAN PARLIAMENT

 

The League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds (LP4Q) received a delegation from the Palestine Committee in the Jordanian Parliament, on Friday in Istanbul, to discuss coordinating efforts in the service of the Palestinian cause.

 

LP4Q's Director General Dr. Muhammad Makram Balawi, said that the visit comes at the invitation of the Popular Conference of Palestinians Abroad (PCPA) and in coordination with the LP4Q , pointing out that the Jordanian delegation includes the chairman of the Palestine Committee in Jordanian Parliament, Muhammad Al-Dhahrawi, and members of all blocs in the Jordanian parliament.

 

Balawi added that the visit is to enhance coordination between the LP4Q and the PCPA with the Jordanian Parliament to serve the cause of Jerusalem and the Palestinian cause, pointing out that the LP4Q coordinated a series of meetings and visits of the delegation with the Turkish Parliament (TBMM) and the Turkish Foreign Ministry to coordinate efforts.

 

He stressed the importance of using the visit and the excellent relations with Jordanian Parliament to support and develop cooperation at the parliamentary and political levels, and to coordinate with Arab and international parliaments to support the rights of the Palestinian people and strengthen the steadfastness of Jerusalemites in the face of Judaization and expulsion plans and repeated Israeli occupation attacks.
