Palestinian lawmaker Ahmed Attoun, from Occupied Jerusalem, has warned that Israel is exploiting the Arab and Muslim nations’ preoccupation with different issues to carry out its Judaization plans in the holy city.

In a press release, MP Attoun said that the occupation state sees such circumstances as an opportunity and a very good time to step up its scheme in Jerusalem.

The lawmaker expressed his confidence in the Jerusalemite people’s ability to defend Jerusalem and stand in the face of Israel’s Judaization policy.

He also stressed the need for the Palestinian Authority to develop a plan to save Jerusalem and strengthen the steadfastness of its people on the ground, and urged the Arab and Muslim peoples to necessarily stand by the Palestinians in Jerusalem.
