PLC convene to discuss ways to confront deal of century

The presidency of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) has announced it will hold a special session Wednesday, May 29, in order to confront the US deal of the century and the upcoming Bahrain economic workshop.
In a press release on Tuesday, the PLC said its intended session would be held “out of its awareness of the major dangers and challenges to result from the Bahrain workshop, which is considered one of the tools and stages of the deal of the century.”
The PLC underlined the need to rise to the level of the historic moment and its major challenges in order to protect the Palestinian question against plans to liquidate and end it.
The PLC said that the PLC members would discuss a detailed report on the deal of the century, the Bahrain conference and their implications, and propose ways and mechanisms to confront them.
