Clashes erupt as Israeli forces raid West Bank village

Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, northwest of the northern occupied West bank district of Nablus, leading to clashes among Palestinians youths and Israeli soldiers, on Tuesday.
Head of the Sabastiya municipality and a mutual service council, Muhammad Aazem, told Ma’an that large number of Israeli forces raided several neighborhoods in the village and fired tear-gas bombs and sound bombs at Palestinian residents.
Aazem pointed out that clashes erupted, during which Palestinian youths threw rocks at the soldiers.
No injuries were reported.
