Arab League condemns Israeli settlers’ attack in Mughayir village

The Cairo-based Arab League strongly condemned the Israeli settlers’ attack against Palestinian civilians in Mughayir village near Ramallah that led to killing a Palestinian civilian.
The League’s Assistant Secretary General for the Occupied Palestinian and Arab Lands Said Abu Ali called on international community to “break its silence.”
Israeli government’s daily crimes reflect its desire to escalate the situation, he said.
He charged that the international continued silence and US’s unconditional support to Israel provide a green light for more Israeli crimes against Palestinian civilians.
The League’s official renewed calls for the international community to assume its responsibilities amid these growing assaults and threats against Palestinians.
He also urged for providing an international protection system in the Palestinian land and implementing immediately relevant international resolutions.
