Bahar: We are going on with reconciliation until liberation & return

Ahmad Bahar, First Deputy Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council, stressed the importance of continuing efforts for achieving the Palestinian reconciliation in order to achieve liberation and the return of Palestinian refugees.
“We are moving forward towards the accomplishment of the reconciliation within a clear strategy aimed at liberating Palestine”, Bahar said during a ceremony on Monday for celebrating the first anniversary of the establishment of Marine Police in Gaza.
He hailed the Marine Police and praised their role in protecting the sea borders along the Gaza shore and affirmed that the Interior Ministry moves forward despite the siege and lack of potentials.
Bahar emphasized that opening Rafah crossing based on 2005 Agreement is nationally rejected, referring to the Palestinian Authority’s intention to reactivate the agreement after taking over the crossings in Gaza.
