A delegation from the League of Parliamentarians for al-Quds (LP4Q) met with the head of the Turkey-Palestine parliamentary friendship group in the Turkish Parliament and the member of the Executive Committee of LP4Q, MP Hasan Turan, to discuss possibilities for joint cooperation.

The delegation of LP4Q included the Director-General, Dr. Mohammed Makram Balawi and the Head of PR Department Abdullah Al-Beltagy.

During the meeting, the two parties agreed to arrange visits to friendship committees in Turkic-speaking countries and to arrange a meeting with the Turkey-Palestine parliamentary friendship group and the Human Rights Committee in the Turkish Parliament to discuss support for the Palestinian cause and the Jerusalem issue.
