Ali Al-QarahDaghi, President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, praised LP4Q’s efforts in supporting South Africa's case against Israel in the International Court of Justice.
In his speech in the parliamentary platform session at the League’s fifth conference, Al-QarahDaghi called for the establishment of a new world order that achieves security and peace for all rather than for a certain group, stressing that the world is bigger than five, as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan says.
He called for strengthening the economic boycott of countries and entities supporting the Israeli occupation, stressing that resistance against the occupation is not terrorism, neither in international nor in humanitarian laws, and this should be our slogan.
Al-QarahDaghi lauded the speech of the League’s President Hamid bin Abdullah al-Ahmar in the opening of the conference, describing it as frank, bold and clear.
“A message of appreciation and support must be sent in the name of parliamentarians and scholars to the Palestinian people in Gaza,” he asserted.
